To: the San Francisco Board of Supervisors (11 districts) with an elected Mayor
Decisions about San Francisco's money are made in public meetings, but working people can't always be there. We ask that every agenda be posted online at least a week before the meeting, with its supporting documents, and that video or full minutes of every meeting be posted afterward. If you can't attend, you should still be able to see what was decided and why.

When it reaches the goal it’s handed to the officials named above at a public meeting, and their answer is posted online. This is a petition to your elected officials — like the clipboard at the courthouse door. It does not put anything on the ballot; that takes the state’s official petition process. Names are never shown publicly. County Commons — an independent, nonpartisan public-records project.
